OVERVIEW

Live Earth: Road to Paris was announced in January 2015 at the Davos World Economic Forum by Live Earth co-founders Kevin Wall & VP Al Gore and creative director Pharrell Williams.  With the goal of uniting a billion voices, on seven continents, sharing one message to Take Climate Action Now, the campaign recruited Jillian Dunn to spearhead Global Communications. With a mission to challenged world leaders, communities, and individuals to actively participate in our planet’s urgent environmental crises the campaign led to the historic Climate Treaty Signed signing at the COP 21 in Paris.

**In light of the terrorist attacks in Paris, and in solidarity with France, many planned events were suspended.**

24 Hours of Reality and Live Earth: The World Is Watching aired in a 2-hour special featuring performances by: Duran Duran, Elton John, Jon Bon Jovi, Mumford and Sons, Fall Out Boy, Hozier, Neil Young,  and many more.
